NSHA’s art studios are a safe and inviting space for creativity and collaboration – and a place where every student has the ability to be an artist. Dedicated, imaginative art teachers share their love of art with their students through a curriculum that highlights the important role art plays in all of our lives.

Our students study traditional and contemporary artists from around the globe to learn about artistic vision and inspiration, art history, color theory, artistic mediums, and more. As they learn and create, they develop their literacy skills, mathematical skills, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving skills.
