BOYS BASKETBALL
Our 8th grade Lions remain undefeated at 5-0! The team played YCQ and took home a win of 57-35. Aaron Hajibai had an impressive 16 points closely followed by Steven Levian with 14. Levy led YCQ with 9 points and Hirdish had 8 points.
In the second game of Wednesday night’s boys basketball double header, the NSHA 7th grade boys defeated Shaare Torah 37-27. NSHA was led by Ari Tuerack with 16 points. David Kahen had 10 points and Ethan Zuckerman had 7 points. David Sayegh led Shaare with 20 points.
On Thursday the 6th grade boys played a hard fought game against YHT and came out victorious with a 33-31 win. David Orbach and Yonathan Hourizadeh led the offensive effort with 12 and 10 points each. Leo Siegelman spurred the comeback with tremendous energy in the 4th to lift North Shore to victory. Congratulations to the team which is now in second place in the league with a standing of 3-1.
